New guy from Alabama

Hey Guys,

Been looking at this forum for a while now, and finally took the time to join. I have watched with interest several of the builds that have gone on and have tried a few of the great sounding recipes that have been posted. 

I build my own cookers ( strictly for my enjoyment as I don't do any competitive cooking ). I look forward to picking up a few tips before the next build, and ways that I may modify some of my current attempts.
