Hey everybody!

New smoker from Georgia. I have some limited experience with smoking; I had a cheap-o offset smoker that i got on clearance from Home. It fell apart a few months ago. Literally.

Just yesterday I got an Old Country Pecos smoker. Lookin forward to seasoning it and smoking a turkey for Thanksgiving.

Welcome. Those cheapo off-sets are frequently the reason folks give up smoking. Happy to hear you're staying with it and congratulations on the new smoker. Let us know how it works out for you.
