Morning, icyhot...congrats on the new gravity fed pit!  I know you'd been looking at those for a while...is this your first gravity fed rig?  I've been using my Southern Q for a few weeks now (my first GF)...still learning something new about it every time I cook on it.  So far I'm thinking its the best overall smoker I've ever used.  I hope to see some pics of your pit when you can get some to load...and looking forward to seeing you cook on it!
