Pellet spitters are by far the least taxing method of cooking briskets, but mine sits unused because I need more smoke flavor than my Camp Chef can deliver.
IF Weber can deliver close to offset cooker smoke flavor, I'm in.
My dream smoker/s cost 3 to 5 K, but I will never spend that amount on a cooker, plus I don't have the ability to wrangle or park a one ton piece of equipment in my tiny back yard.

Agree with your dilemma! I purchased a RT-1250 and really like the ability to operate like an oven but really miss the smoke flavor of my Weber. Consequently my ReqTec sits while the Weber Performer does most of my cooking.

I would really probably be good with a pellet profile, my mb 800 gives a little too much for my wife ( I like it)....I might want a good gasser, so going to look into that line up.

I look forward to receiving their email on Saturday's and checking out new info.

I don't have any experience with the new models , but there's plenty of times I walk past my Genesis to grill on my SmokeFire .
