I've been wanting to get a smoker but saw a uds on YouTube and figured I would build a UNC themed smoker. It will be my summer project and hope to have it completed and seasoned by the start of football. I'm a football coach as well so I'm trying to fit this in while managing summer workouts. Glad to be on this forum and I've already picked up some valuable info!
