new from the High Desert

I was raised on the Hood Canal in the Pacific Northwest. I've been in So Cal. for over 35 years.  Smoked alot of salmon and meats with my Dad in a cold smoker made from an old fridge and a tunnel of five gallon metal buckets.

I live in Victorville now and I am using my second Masterbuilt smoker, wore the first one out,

I really look forward to reading all the info you all have written about.
