Hey all! Pleased to announce that I am new here!

Using a Master Forge propane upright smoker. Got about 6 smokes under my belt with that guy so far. Also own a Weber 21 inch kettle that does a nice job as well.

I love making my own rubs and brines and a big fan of Carolina mops.
