My name is Stacy(male) I always have to include that because I will get messages referring to me as she, her, ma'am etc. I always say the good Lord has a great sense of humor because I am 6' 3" 295lbs man who has a females name. I have been smoking up my part of the country with two 18" WSM and one 22" WSM for about 10 years now. My business partner and I have kicked around the idea of competing locally for sometime now and I think we may try it this July in our hometown BBQ competition.
