Professional Chef for 20+ years, have done smoking on the Webber, stovetop, etc. Just bought an inexpensive CharBroil smoker from Home Depot with separate firebox. Spent the last 3 Sundays learning about it.

Looking to expand my cooking deep into the smoke.
