wanted to say hi from Ohio, kind of new to the vertical smoking technic. been using the Brinkmen for a coulple of years now, going to move up to the WSM 22.5 this year. (Father's day is a comin)

Favorites to smoke are my pork butts, did a brisket last summer and it came out awesome.

I have my flovores down for the most part, but need some help on my temps and times. I think the WSM will take care of this. I am open to all suggestions and advise. Please tell me anything that i might need to modify on the WSM to make it a better smoker.

Thanks for reading

to SMF!  We are so glad you joined us!

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those "pesky little rules" before plunging into the forums. This just tells you what is allowed and what could be a "no-no".
