Hi guys my name is Todd, I like to ride motorcycles, drink beer and smoke meat. I have been smoking with a Char Griller pro for 2 years just got a Smoke Hollow # 6 want to try gas, hate baby sitting, hoping to smoke more meat since i won't have to watch it as much. Just built a smoke generator so won't have flame ups, may smoke some cheese. Thanks for letting me join.
