New from Northwest Ohio

Hello everyone here on the forum. I live in Fremont which near Toledo. I was using a Brinkman charcoal smoker with all the mods before

I purchased my Smoke Hollow 30" electric. I also bought Todd's AMNPS which by the way is truely AMAZING. I read these posts daily

looking to pick up tips. Thanks in advance for the info. I sure you will hearing from me with questions. Lenny
