New from North Dakota

Currently have a Masterbuilt Sportsman, been making my own jerky and sausage for about 3 years.  Lots of victories and defeats, lessons learned from both.  Want to try more things now.  Do a bunch of upland game and big game hunting.  Raise Golden Retrievers. Look forward to learning a bunch of info from this forum to broaden my smoking ability.
