    Hi all. I have been smoking meat for a few years. I use a Char grill offset and a Smoke it #3.. I am getting in to all sorts of different meat veggies and cheeses. I am planning to build a smoke house with and offset firebox for cold smoking when I start to feel a little more comfortable with the cold smoking methods.
