New from Kansas (w/pics)

Whats up ive been smoking for about 4 months now. I bought a Brinkman SnP and have already made some modifications. I added 2 temp gauges, built a charcoal basket, added a peice of tubing to drop the stack down towards grill leval, and built a better rack for storage under my smoker. I already want a bigger smoker so im collecting materials to build about a 300 gal offset stick burner on a trailer.
