Hi SMF

I'm excited to join you all from the great state of Connecticut. Im an avid griller, famous for my three vinegar sauce. I'm just about to jump into the world pellet grilling and smoking. I'm close to buying a Yoder YS640 but still considering a MAK or Memphis No one round here knows a thing about the world of pellet cooking so I'm glad to have a place to share and enjoy. Will let u all know when I pull the trigger.
