Just started getting into smoking. Been using my Napoleon natural gas bbq and am looking to get a smoker. I've been reading lots and there's so much still left to learn. I just hope I can still smoke when winter shows up again!

Welcome! There are a lot of northern folk smokin through the winter and a lot of smokers made for your environment. Ask questions and do your homework and I'm sure you'll be posting a picture of a brisket this Boxing Day! Glad to have you here.

Where abouts are you? You should update that on your profile, It helps when you have questions. I am in Alberta, and I do smoke in the winters, It is more challenging but the rewards are worth it...
