Hey Guys, looking forward to learning all kinds of new stuff here.  I am brand new to smoking.  Have always loved grilling but have never smoked anything until last night that is! ;) I found a great deal for Chargriller Smoking Pro in nearly brand new shape on craigslist for $50.  Did Beercan chicken with a charcoal/pecan mix.  Delicious!  New hobby/addiction for sure!!
