Hello everyone,
I'm so glad I have found this site! When it comes to smoking... Well I'm lost. A friend of mine a couple months back brought to work some great tasting BBQ. I asked did he smoke this himself. He said he did it on his UDS... Lets just say after about 30 min of Q&A's with him I was hooked on the idea. For the past couple weeks I have been gathering "parts" (free of course cause I'm cheap). I hope that in a few weeks I'll be able to have my own UDS!
Again I'm so glad I found this site. I have been reading and reading and the info here is so great. I am learning so much already to have not had a clue about smoking meat a few weeks ago. You guys are great!
