Hey Everyone!  I was previously a member of the forum and have been smoking for the last 5 years on my RED electric Brinkman.  I ended up drifting from the forums and a few computers later I forgot my user name and password. 

After 5 years of smoking I have moved up to a Big Green Egg and am visiting this forum for loads of good advice.  Look for some posts about working the Big Green Egg.
