I live by olympia, wa.... i have a like Coleman charcoal outdoorsman smoker.... i have smoked a few things and every once in awhile i do it, but its a trial and error thing...... love trying others recipes or concoctions ppl have made.... i started smoking for 2 reasons my father-inlaw introduced it to me and i got that lil Coleman smoker for free lol...i love bbqing on either gas or charcoal.... that's about it, if anyone has questions write me and i will respond!!!!!
