Weather was 20* and breezy. What the heck, got to try out this new gas conversion sometime!..Chicken and pork country ribs on the menu. Cook Temp. - 250*......Smoke time - 1 1/2 hrs.....Chicken done at 1/1/2 hrs......ribs I wrapped in foil and placed in an electric counter top roaster oven at 250* for another 3 hrs. Chicken was gobbled up before I could get the camera out.!!! Smoker held temp. very well despite the breeze, had to tweek it a few times. Smoked with Hickory pellets. RICK
