Whats up gang, I go by TunnelRatt here in from Michigan and I am using a slightly modified "ECB" just getting into smoking about 2 months ago and ive smoked a pork butt and made pulled pork sandwiches, st. Louis ribs with smoked corn on the Cobb and mac n cheese, bacon wrapped chicken cordon blue, and beef jerky. Still trying to dial in my smoker and need to make a few more Mods to keep the heat consistentand a few more cooks to get dialed in. Im just a recreational smoker that loves smoked food

Welcome to the forum, this is one great site for help and great recipes. I have enjoyed it over the last two years and I have gotten much help when needed. Don't be afraid to ask.
