New but not!

 Its been a long time since I posted (09). Have been to visit just didn't log in.

Thought I would kinda start over and re-introduce myself.

 Am from wi. Have been smokin for about 10yrs. I mainly dable with wild game making sausage,snack stix and jerky.

Love to hunt and fish. Am a woodtick(carpenter) by trade.

 The smokers/grills I have are

 Little smokey joe from weber

 22in. weber charcoal

 big green egg

 Charbroil bigeasy gas

 smokey mntn 48in. gas smoker

 And new never been used (yet) just given to me for Christmas from wife can't use but allowed to season it, use  till after Christmas. 40in. new generation mes with cold smoke kit.

    Can't wait to test drive this baby. I have already been accessorizin it. By adding more racks. I like to hang #7 x 5in. sausage.

My first smoke will be bbq snack stix. I just recieved the seasoning and new stuffer tube to make life a little better while stuffing 1/2in. casing.

   Hope this time I get to see all more often!!
