Hey my name is Tim i live in wiaconsin and i am interested in starting a catering business with some friends ive been looking at smokers but wont be able to buy until fall!

Im gettin a grill/ smoker built in backyard over fire pit with two fifty five gallon drums one barrel over pit sideways with lid and a stand up smoker welded on top with door sealed is that a good idea
