new batch of brat*dogs*...

last batch of brats i made in hog casings, my girls (4&9yo) couldn't even get a decent bite so momma asks if i can put em in sheep casings. i says sure. sooo, off to the store we go. used lpoli's recipe this round. came out wonderful.

wife is a BIG fan of spinach so she asked if i could add some. sure, why not? so grabbed a HAND FULL, chopped it up pretty fine, mixed it all up and stuffed it. came out wonderful. momma's happy and the girls are TICKLED PINK!!!

as if it weren't enough to do momma up some fresh brats last night, tonight she *requests* they get smoked. what else am I to do???? if momma ain't happy, the rest of us are going to be MISERABLE. so into the smoker they go.
