Picked up some flatbread on the way home and decided to make some "pizzas" on the Blackstone with some of this week's leftovers. Had some pepperonis and leftover taco meat, chicken, and spare ribs to work with .
Reheated them, then got a couple of the breads going . Only did 2 at a time just in case things got heated.... Used the cover to trap heat and help the cheese melt! Nice and tasty change of pace!
