Needing ideas for pork chops!

I was going through the freezer and realized I have 3 big packs of bone in pork chops, all about 3/4 to 1 inch thick. While I do love my chops, I want to try some different recipes or ideas. Too much of the same can get a little boring. What do all you other smokers like to do with your pork chops? I’m all ears and open to suggestions!
 
I am with Pop (Kassler Rippchen) but now that "oven season" is here, first up is city chicken.
 
When the wife and I are looking for an easy hassle free meal we take a couple of chops and go the shake-n-bake route on the kettle. Toss a couple of spuds on, then the chops with a chunk of hickory over the coals. Easy to do and no real clean up.
