I've got a Smoke Hollow electric smoker that I would like to use on my porch this winter. It's a 3 season porch with triple track storm windows all around. Any ideas on how best to vent the smoke thru one of the windows? I've thought of using an old box fan or maybe a simple (low cost) blower & hood. Thx in advance for your input.

I would use a small box fan.
Just set your smoker closer to it and it can draw the smoke away.
The wife's folks in TN have the same sort of a summer porch.
If you are running thin blue smoke, the fan can take care of the job admirably.

If you did the blower and hood, then you'd have to do some cutting. I'd try the box fan sucking the smoke out an open window first to see how it works out.
Of course your smoker's manual is going to say not to use the smoker indoors.
