Need Regulator advice

Good day guys

I am using a standard 20 Lb propane tank and wish to purchase one of Bayou Classic's needle valve regulators.

They offer three units as follows 10; 20 and 30 PSI regulators

Which should I order?

What PSI is the burner rated for? Too much pressure or too low of pressure and the burner will not work properly.
