hey guys I have 4 lbs of octopuss and im looking for a recipe to put it on a smoker, anybody out their ever cooked octopuss or know of any good recipies. would love to hear some input on how to cook it on the smoker.
Smoking B put the links up for 2 of my previous attempts. If you O,pus is not tenderised at the store you should freeze it then thaw it & start again. It has no visible fat so just in the smoker the risk is it dries out.
How big are they?
about 2 lbs each. and thanks for searching for me I didn't even think to look duh. not sure yet when im gonna do em. ill let you guys know how it turns out. thanks again
