Making a stainless smoker out of 3ft long 16 in pipe with a wall thickness of 3/16 and I need to know if you think one 1100 watt burner can get the temp to 200 what you think?

Yes 3ft tall and the circular pipe has an outside diameter of 16 inches

I would think you shouldn't have any trouble getting to 200* with an 1100 watt heating element...
