Need help adding Qviews

Not sure why, but I am unable to attach pics to my posts. This is what I get: "AJAX response unable to be parsed as valid JSON object".
Any and all help is appreciated.

go to the box where you type a reply. above where you type are six boxes. the fifth one from the left has a little picture icon in it on the left. click that and you can upload files from your machine.

Where it comes up saying "embed an image"?
Yeah, this is what it says when I try: "Some images failed to upload:
image.jpg - {error}
You can try re-selecting them and uploading again."

I've tried this multiple times.
I've tried both image icon and attachment icon.
Neither one wants to work.
Maybe I need to use the PC instead of iPad.
