need fattie help

do you roll out all 2lbs of sausage in one 1 gal ziplock bag or just 1lb in the bag?????

1 lb is what I do
For me 2 lbs = 2 fatties

I always do 2 lbs. in a gallon bag.

Me too. First couple were 1 lb.

My first fatty was quite large, 1 1/2 pounds, and ended up that there was a large amount of sausage in comparison to the fillings. From the beautiful fatty's that were made for the fatty throwdown I noticed most of them had the perfect sausage to filling ratio. Looks like the 1lb fatty's had that ratio I was looking for.

thanks guys I just did my first fasttie rolled out 2 lbs in a galon bag stuffed it tryed to roll it up an pow it exploded, back in to the fridge to try and stiffen it up some.

ok its gettin better now at least it is formed just not stiff enough to wrap in bacon yet.

Yeah I learned here that 30 minutes in the freezer helps a lot.
