Tino , I use a mix I came-up with for my Butts . I like a sweeter Pork and add the Turbinato to it to help create a better Bark .
Try some 'off the shelf ' Rubs and see how you want to go and Tweek them if you want. Also there are a lot of good Rub recipes here, do a search and see what you can come-up with...
but the Sugar is the tweek I used and I love it...
