Need a rub

Going to do a Brisket for christmas and need a good rub, i saw Bearcavers brisket and it looked awesom and i just might use his rub. kick in with your rub and well see Thanks for any help.

On beef i just use salt pepper ,garlic powder and onion powder.

no real rub

Ditto for eman's approach:  might add red pepper flakes for heat if my wife's not partaking.

That is Bearcarver's rub, except I put a little Worcestershire (thick) on first. And I never put salt on. People can put it on at the table, if they want.

This is a good rub for just about any beef, I like it on a nice thick delmo.....

Salt, pepper, ground coriander, ground coffee fresh beans not instant, garlic powder
