Great looking dinner! I've too have never tried that but its sounds like its right up my alley! Bruschetta is some good stuff and yours looks right on point!

Best way I could describe it is imagine pepperoni with the flavor turned up to 10 and a taste of hot fresh pepper and it spreads like peanut butter.

Thanks guys,I didn’t really know what it was until two days ago, I should probably pay more attention to what’s in the beer fridge.

I'm another one who never heard of it, but it looks awesome, and I love your presentation!!
Nice Job, Joe!

Joe...just taking a second to congratulate you on a much deserved carousel ride. That is a gorgeous plate of beautifully prepared food. As soon as I saw that plate, I kinda had a feeling that you'd be getting a ride :emoji_wink: I mean what's not to love about it??

That is a beautiful plating of food! I’d love to taste it for sure. I’d never heard of it before. Big like!! The more I read of the ingredients and flavor profile of Nduja the more I feel I must order some!

Thanks Jeff! And I had it all to myself!! Actually the wife really enjoyed it minus the bread.

What did you end up ordering?

I too have never heard of it but then so I'm an old man. You have surely introduced me to something new and I would for sure give it a try. Ask SFLsmrk1 if he has a recipe that he will post being he has made some.

Warren

Thanks Warren, I'll have to search up some old threads on it.

Man o man Joe!
That looks awesome!
Al

Thanks Al! It is some really good stuff. I don't have any intentions of making it though, I haven't gotten into curing yet. Maybe it can be done in umai bags?

Thanks Travis! I really love my bruschetta. I eat that and cucumber/tomato salad all summer long, it really helps my girlish figure. If you like a good pepperoni, you would love this. With it being spreadable, it opens up new possibilities.

I had some for breakfast this morning on a jalapeno cheddar bagel, one side had the nduja, the other side I had some mashed up avocado. It was pretty frickin' good!

Thank you John! I too never heard of it until a few days ago. I just surprised myself when I realized I had it on hand.

Thanks Rick, I really enjoyed it. Not sure if I would attempt to make it. I could probably get this stuff on the regular from Citterio. Do you remember them from the NEPA days?

They actually built a huge expansion on their factory dedicated solely to prosciutto.
I think i remember. Seems so long ago.
This is getting me to want to make more.
