Natural casing for Milano Salami...

Suggestions? Looking for something 3~4" dia. which is larger than beef middles. What do you recommend?

Beef bungs I'd guess. I assume you want a natural casing.

Yep bungs.
Make sure you condition and prep them. Clean the outter, invert and clean the insides. Use a butter knife upside down and scrap the inside membrane off (use plenty of vinegar water)
