Thanks, Disco! As you've seen, this is the first time I've tasted Boudin, let alone made it. After reading about it, it just sounded good and I wanted to try it. I really like it! The funny thing is that I'm almost out of what I made. Of course I had to give a sample to a couple of co-workers who also "smoke". The Mrs. had a couple of neighbors for coffee a couple of days ago and one of them took a couple of links home with her. I may have to make some more next week! [emoji]128522[/emoji]
