We have a butcher shop here in Naples called Jimmy-Ps

In their case is Wagyu Beef steak $99 lb......Really....Yeah. A pound.
Berkshire belly was $88

Unbelievable.
However, everything thing in the world is worth what someone is willing to pay, not a dime more. He must be moving product. Maybe a little rotation from freezer to display and back for freshness.

The Wagyu isn’t a surprise. The Berkshire is insane. I can get Berkshire belly when it’s in stock at Kroger for under $5 a lbs. There is a local farm that raises only Berkshire that supplies them with belly, chops and more. It truly is superior pork. Much redder and richer meat. I’d not pay $88 a lbs for it though.

That's ridiculous, Rick. The Wagyu I've seen even higher like $129/ lb. I took a pic of a 1 pound Wagyu ribeye online at $129.99, sent to my Son with the caption "How many do you want to buy me?" LOL. That is crazy prices.

Wow.
