Travis, if you find yourself using a pizza stone, I'm gonna make a recommendation based on experience. Get a good one!! I was buying the small, thin, cheap ones from Academy and they kept exploding on the grill. After torching about 8 of them we ordered a couple from
Amazon that are much larger and 3/4" thick. Many, many cooks later and both are still perfectly in tact. No question that the good ones (I think they were about $20) are well worth the $$. Another thing...when you take the pizza stone out of the oven or off the grill, get the pizza off of it immediately. The residual heat from the stone (and there's a LOT of it) will burn the bottom of the pizza.
