Anybody else key in on the food safety issue? Craig must of had somebody there looking out for him to make sure the food he ate was safe.

I guess it would depend on how hot ya was smokin. I'd have no problem usin it fer cold smokin, but he said he was doin the chicken an the butts in there two. I don't know what he's usin fer a heat source, if it be a electric heatin element might be all right. Anythin else could be pushin it a bit I think.

A feller would wanna be real carefull with it thats fer sure.
