The chicken looks awesome. Now for the big question did she come with a bucket of beer too??? Food and beverage means you'll really have to keep her now.

she used hickory chunks soaked in water for 1 hour put it in the smoker.inserted themometer and let it go at 300 till it hit 180 internal.She added jack Daniels bbq sauce the last hour
