...tomatoes are really coming on, so I figured I would use up a few to help out! Trimmed up and marinaded some sirloin steaks, teriyaki and garlic parm chicken and wrapped most of it in bacon. Had some temp issues with the grill, but still didn't suck!

Looks real tasty, I love grilled or roasted cherry tomatoes. This reminds me to get back to shopping double skewer skewers. Starting to cool down outside around here lately, its about time to break out the grill and get my skewers on!

Thanks k dude!

My wife has a recipe for meatballs with a cherry tomato inside. It's pretty good, and it's the only dish out of her Weight Watchers cookbook that is palatable to me.

That looks great but I have a different approach to skewers these days that works for me.

I place the tomatoes, onions, peppers, meat and whatever else on their own skewer(s). That way I can control the cook of each item better. When finished I place everything in a large bowl so everyone can pick and choose what they want to eat.

That might not work for everyone but it certainly works for who I cook for. It seems everyone likes/dislikes something so this makes it easier for everyone to enjoy what they want to eat.
