My weekend smoking plans

So this weekend I have committed to the following.
Turkey for Easter dinner.
and 30 lbs of goose polish cheddar kielbasa,
10 lbs of antelope breakfast sausage links.
Breakfast Fattie for Easter brunch.
Wish me luck, i had to buy another thermometer.
Should be fun! I will post Qview when I am all done!

The kielbasa will get frozen,
The Breakfast Sausage is for my In-laws, I am gonna make it with beef and Antelope, stuff in sheep casings, they are Jewish so that is the best kosher sausage I could come up with.
The turkey and fattie is for 8 people.
