The roasted garlic is amazing, tastes just like you would expect it to.
And the trutfle powder is killer on pasta Carbonara and traditional Alfredo, no cream, just butter and copious amounts of Pecorino Romano and cracked black pepper.

I tried a few others that were brutal, they went in the trash, one taste burnt, the other like the plastic tub it was in.
 
I like the roasted garlic, never heard of the truffle zest, but sounds interesting...
