Just blows me away how fast this stuff comes back to life after sitting in the fridge for 3 weeks without being fed.
I've made 4 batches since he posted this . They're great . Two batches I subbed in 100g of rye flour and added caraway seeds . Fantastic . He posts the formula in post 5 .Now to come up with something to make with this.
I know! I sometimes leave mine untouched for a month or more and when it comes out o f the refer and warms it springs to life!Just blows me away how fast this stuff comes back to life after sitting in the fridge for 3 weeks without being fed.
