Well its been weeks since I fed it or even made bread from it. It was pushed to the back of the fridge and forgotten. Yesterday I decided to try and bring it back to life. Fed it once and left it over night.
Woke to no movement at all. Not one MM of gain.
Took my 50 grams of starter from that and dumped the rest. Added 50 grams of bread flour. Added 50 grams of well water and bingo. We have a more then active starter again. Amazing how it comes back to life. :)

Do use the same jar when feeding or do you move to a clean jar
 
I just had some home Made everything seasoning sourdough bread from a local mom and pop shop. It was excellent and really enjoyed the bread. Wish i had time to make my own. Too many other hobbies already.
