Yes, looking great so far! Baffle plate looks real nice. Won't know until you do the test run, but might need to open up the holes a little more. What size are the holes? I like it.

The beauty of your control valve set up is that you can have a constant low feed on the by pass line, and use the controller to cycle the heat to maintain temp. Assuming that is an on/off controller right? Or does it meter the gas flow?
The solenoid is on off and controlled by a pid. The holes are 1/2” spaced at 3” right now. If too restrictive can make some/all bigger. Wont know until run it.
Are planning to install a thermocouple and a flame out cut off valve for safety?
There is one there before the assembly after the regulator. It just doesn't have the wire hooked in yet.
