Great looking food. And the Dutch Door looks super and makes it easy to "serve" out of in the summer.
But I'm not seeing any exhaust there? Don't you at least need some soffett vents to let the smoke out? A MES doesn't have a huge exhaust but surely you can't stay in there more than an half hour at a time as it is, can you?
Hi Bill
Yes , good question. I mentioned earlier that both sides of the rafters are still open and the little bit of smoke just rolls right out so far. Open rafters on the inside, which make it open from front to back. I still have to add small wire mesh to the soffit areas to keep out birds and squirrel's . Thanks David

I'm loving that DSC-2156 pic! I see daylight!!! Yes, you've got it all covered! Good job on both the engineering and culinary fronts! You rock Man, as the kids say.

bill1, thanks for the like , and that's why i put that picture in there to show the daylight on the back wall, plus to show chopping block countertop and ceiling 4' light :)
and thanks about the cooks, i have a continuously growing list of things i want to try in the smoker

Thanks campfirestu , for the like. I have added more to the Smokers Shack sense than. Heat shields even though I don't need them, but you never know. And i added a needle valve to help regulate the temp in the smoker
